Amenity Space
The Portrait Building’s tenant lounge is a dedicated space where guests can escape from their office and enjoy anything from our complementary coffee and on-tap carbonated water to our comfortable seating arrangements and stunning curated moss wall. The 1,467 square foot room is multipurpose and can accommodate both small and large gatherings. Whether it’s used for a quick coffee break, an evening event, or a simple change of scenery, the lounge area promotes a sense of community, which has been shown to encourage greater productivity and positivity amongst employees. The space can be reserved for private events through our ETH Portal and any third-party vendor, such as a catering company, is subject to meet our Certificate of Insurance Requirements.
